We have successfully concluded a large scale trial of our baggage tracker with a major airline. The airline selected a group of 500 frequent flyers and provided them with a tracker. The results of the trial were even better than expected! More than 90% of the frequent flyers actively used their tracker and more than 80% of them used the tracker more than once. The airline also received very good qualitative feedback. The tracker helped to improve the service levels of the airline and actually reduced stress for travellers with check-in luggage.
We are currently preparing the market introduction with this airline. The introduction obviously depends on flight resumption after COVID-19. The tracker and superior baggage service will be marketed and distributed via the loyalty/miles program of the airline.
