Versa2a tracker

Getting started

The information below explains everything you need to know to use the Versa 2a tracker. If you have trouble getting started or have any other questions, please check our FAQs for an answer or simply send us a message at [email protected].

Charging the tracker

Charge the device via a USB-C cable (included).

  • A solid red light indicates that the battery is charging
  • A solid green light indicates that charging is complete
  • An intermittent blue light indicates that the tracker is active

Note that no light will be emitted if the tracker has not moved for a while.

Using the tracker

As you may have noticed the Versa Tracker does not have an on/off switch. It automatically turns on when it’s moving and switches off when it has been stationary for three minutes.

Flight mode is automatically triggered when onboard an aircraft. Once arrived at the airport after a flight, the tracker wakes up to broadcast its new location.

Service

Please don’t open the Versa Tracker or attempt to repair it by yourself. Disassembling the tracker may damage it or may cause injury. If the tracker is damaged, malfunctions, or has come in contact with liquid, contact Versa at [email protected].
